Operation
Folding system by air jets (lengthwise) or by paddles (lengthwise and crosswise) with stacking on large collector plate. Fixed folding deck, with possibility of choosing between two measures: 570 x 1100 mm or 600 x 1100 mm. The machine consists of three modular sections, freely composable according to your work requirements: 1 – Primary folding section by air jets. 2 – Vacuum foldilng deck using paddles for length and cross folds. 3- Collector plate for collecting and stacking items both folded and unfolded.
Linen type
100% cotton or 50% + 50% polycotton. Weight: 150 to 250 gr./m2.

Multifolder mod. PT01 PLUS for table runners, napkins, pillowcases, placemats, open unfolded napkins
Modular folder for napkins, pillow cases, guest and hand towels. New primary folding section for long items (runners, adult bibs, non-woven fabric items, laundry bags).
The machine is fitted with an automatic folding program handling five linen sizes.
The 3 sections of the folder can be composed according to your work requirements:
Primary folding section: 1-2 length folds in half by air jets (items up to 640 x 1500 mm).
Vacuum table: length and cross folds are made by paddles (1/3 + 1/2).
Large collector plate for collecting and stacking items up to 600 x 600 mm (also unfolded).
